What to Expect
We want your stay to be seamless. A few things to keep in mind before you arrive.
Pet Policy
Well-behaved dogs welcome with prior approval. $100 fee per pet, maximum two. Dog beds, waste bags, and pet-safe ice melt provided.
Winter Driving
Expect snow, ice, and occasional storms. AWD or 4WD strongly recommended. Drive with caution on mountain roads.
Guest Limit
Maximum 8 guests allowed in the home at any time. No parties or events permitted.
Local Wildlife
You may see deer, foxes, coyotes, and bears. Please keep food and trash indoors and enjoy from a safe distance.
Rental Agreement
A rental agreement is required for all bookings.
Cancellation
We cannot make exceptions to our cancellation policy. Traveler's insurance is recommended if flexibility is needed.
