Please read and understand our rental agreement before booking.
🐾 Pet Policy
Pets are welcome at Mount Snow Retreat by request. A $100 fee per pet, per stay applies (maximum of 2 pets). Well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs are permitted. We provide pet-friendly amenities including dog beds, waste bags, and towels. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Checkout: Before 10:00 AM
- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
- No smoking or vaping
- No parties or events
- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
- Carbon monoxide alarm and smoke alarm are installed
- Property requires climbing stairs
📋 Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. After that, the reservation is non-refundable. We cannot make exceptions to this policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance for added flexibility.
Liability & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
By booking Mount Snow Retreat, you agree to follow all house rules, respect quiet hours, maintain the property in good condition, and accept the cancellation and liability terms outlined above. A rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be signed prior to check-in.
